We are a tattoo, piercing, cosmetic tattoo and nails studio based in Kallangur, Queensland. We collect personal information mainly to respond to booking and contact enquiries, run consultations safely, and process orders through our online shop. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• Booking & contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, preferred artist, preferred date, a description of the tattoo, piercing, cosmetic tattoo or nail service you're interested in, and any reference images you choose to upload.
• Health-related information: where relevant to a tattoo, piercing or cosmetic tattoo consultation (for example, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medication that may affect the procedure), so our artists can assess suitability and work safely.
• Shop orders: your name and email address for order confirmation and receipts, the products and quantities you purchase, and delivery or pickup details where applicable. We do not collect or store your full card details — see Payments below.
• Communications: any information you provide when you call, email or message us directly.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to booking and contact enquiries and arrange appointments;
• Assess suitability for a tattoo, piercing or cosmetic tattoo and work with you safely and hygienically;
• Process and fulfil orders placed through our online shop;
• Send appointment or order-related communications, such as confirmations and receipts;
• Improve our services and this website; and
• Meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Payments

Payments made through our online shop are processed by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. When you check out, your card details are entered directly into Square's secure payment form and tokenised — they are sent straight to Square and never pass through or get stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful, along with the order total and the email address you provide for your receipt.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the studio and this website, including:

• Square, to process shop payments and manage our product catalogue;
• Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script), where booking and contact enquiry details are recorded so our team can follow up with you; and
• Our email provider, to send booking and order notifications.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Sweet Symphony, our clients or the public.

Cookies & Website Data

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the typefaces used on this site, which may involve your browser making a request to Google as part of normal web font loading.

Data Retention

We keep booking, contact and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide the service, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and maintain client records for future appointments. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.
